This section describes the details of the incoming commands and the response commands that are sent after
the incoming commands is properly processed.
Refer to “Outline of Command Format” (page 8-3) for error response command. Refer to “Timing Chart”
(page 8-16) for response delay time of the response command.
Measured value output
You can output the measurement result.
Two types of measured value output are available.
• Measured value output Outputs a measured value.
• Measured value reoutput Reoutputs a measured value that has been previously output.
Measured value output
Example: The measured value is output in the format as shown below when the OUT number is 0 and the output
content is 1.
